Calypso Hotel - All Incluisve

The place was spotless – both the rooms and the facilities were very clean. Parking was available within the premises, and there was a luggage room for early check-in, which was very convenient. We had some problems with the air conditioning, and after several attempts by the technician to fix it, we were eventually moved to another room. The food selection wasn’t very wide, but the salad bar had many options. The buffet always included nice vegetables and side dishes, along with 2–3 types of meat and 1 type of fish. We especially enjoyed the Bulgarian night – the traditional food and dances were a wonderful experience. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a hot day. Our children really enjoyed the games room too, especially the foosball, air hockey, and ping pong tables. We requested a late check-out and were kindly granted an extension, which we appreciated.

The room was spacious and clean. The meals were variated. They have a bar near the pool with drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) and snacks like pizza, french fries, salad. The distance from the hotel to the Old Town is about 3.5 km. We took the bus (2 stations) and it was 2 leva - one ride. You can also walk (35-40 min). The hotel parking in 10 leva/day.

Everything, from the room to the food and the amenities. We had a problem with the air conditioning in a room and they offered us a new one as soon as we announced.

The hotel is in a great location, everything is extremely clean, the rooms and the common areas. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food and drinks are good quality.

Overall very nice, the staff friendly, room and facilities clean. Salads were fresh. The pool was big enough, always clean, and well maintained. Easy to reach the beach, 7 minutes walk.
